Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical experience with a passion for engineering.
- Proven track record of strong leadership, including 2 years of experience leading teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, source control tools, and continuous integration.
- Experience in full-stack development, middleware principles, and data access layers.
